Parcel and Send Load&Go reloadable Visa cards, Parcel and Send Cash Passport™ Platinum Mastercard and Multi-Currency Cash Passport cards have been closed. These cards are no longer valid and will not be accepted.

Support or reclaim unused money

For Load&Go cards with remaining credit, you’ll be able to access the unused funds, provided it was registered. Download and complete the balance redemption form (PDF 236kB).
